A Note from the Founder

Hi there, I’m Beth and I started CSThrive because it’s what I always wished existed.

I’ve spent 18 years in Customer Success, mostly in startups where I wore every hat imaginable. I was often the one building the playbooks, creating templates, and figuring things out as I went, all while managing a full book of business.

And like a lot of CSMs, I hit burnout. I was tired of feeling like I had to be everything to everyone, with no roadmap and no real support.
